Experimenting with editing an album cover

Here are a few designs of album covers that I've tried to do. I used the app Picsart and my Iphone 15. I created these with previous archive photos that I already had on my phone, the help of illustration tools, as well as text inserts, a background remover tool, and filters.


In the first one, I used an archive photo of me and my friend, the writing in the background is drawn with a drawing tool available in the app. I added a colour filter and cut out the photo to be in a square format, to resemble a magazine cover format.


For my second album cover, I adjusted the colour settings with Iphone's default adjustments tool and cut the image to a square format. Then, I used Picsart again to add the writing ''I cared'' and the artist ''Akafanky''. The parental advisory sign is an element you can find on the app's 'add sticker' section.

The third image is an image taken on a film camera, which I've had in my phone archive. There was no need for filters as I wanted to keep the aspect as raw as possible. Then I found a picture of the writing 'Deadly Doll' on Pinterest. It had a white background, so I used a free background remover website (remove.bg) to remove the writing's background, in order for
